Me Mallette appointed arbitrator
On April 17, upon the recommendation of the Comité des pratiques professionnelles, the board of directors of the Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards announced the appointment of Me Jean-François Mallette as arbitrator under the Règlement de conciliation et d’arbitrage.
In addition to his new duties, Me Mallette will continue his practice in commercial and real estate litigation, injunctions and debt collection.
