TRAINING
On May 4, 2010, upon the invitation of the Fédération Québécoise des Municipalités (FQM), Me. Stéphane Sansfaçon had offered a specialized training session to municipal officers who draft and apply city planning laws entitled Les droits acquis et les règlements à caractère discrétionnaire en matière d’aménagement et d’urbanisme, théorie et pratique.
The individuals who hold management positions in the organizational structure of a business or association are specifically excluded from the application of the Act.
