Me Joanne Côté will be the guest speaker at a training conference on the responsibilities of municipalities and governments held by L’Institut Canadien on March 28 and 29, 2012. Me Côté’s presentation on waterways is entitled « Les cours d’eau : Savoir naviguer à travers les ambiguïtés causées par les paliers responsables multiples pouvant être tenus responsables de leur gestion ».
