Training - Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act
With the enactment of the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act (L.Q. 2010, c. 27), Me. Daniel Goupil of our firm’s municipal and environmental law sector will provide ethics courses for municipal officials. These training sessions are offered in collaboration with the MAMROT as part of the mandatory professional development program under the Act and will be held on June 3, 2011, in the municipality of Val-Morin, on September 9, 2011, in the municipality of Lac-des-Écorces, on September 10, 2011, in the city of Saint-Sauveur and on October 15, 2011, in the municipality of Saint-André-d’Argenteuil.

A trademark registration may prove invalid if the information provided in the application process is inaccurate. A trademark registration certificate does not create rights for the holder but rather confirms them.
