In doing so, the Honourable André Rochon is returning to his roots having practised law as an attorney in our firm from 1974 to 1994 until his appointment to the Quebec Superior Court in July of 1994. At the time of his appointment, he was acting as the managing partner of our firm.
On February 26, 2002, the Honourable André Rochon was appointed to the Court of Appeal. In that capacity, he has acted regularly as a mediating judge in the context of the mediation programme which was implemented by the Court of Appeal.
