Mtre Marc-André Nadon joined PFD in May, 2015 and practices in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property as well as media and communication law. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the same fields for over 7 years at a large international firm.
He is called upon to handle all aspects of litigation, including the preparation of legal opinions and proceedings and representations before various courts. Mtre Nadon also intervenes in extraordinary proceedings such as injunctions. He has represented clients before the nation's major courts, including the Superior Court, Court of Appeal of Québec, Federal Court and Supreme Court of Canada. He has also appeared before administrative tribunals including the Trademarks Opposition Board and the Tribunal administratif du Québec.
With respect to his practice in trade-marks, Mtre Nadon assists clients during every step of the process required to file for, register and manage trade-marks and advises businesses on the choice and adoption of new trade-marks with respect to their availability and use.

Me Nadon is a member of the Advocates In Defence of Expression in Media (Ad IDEM/CMLA). It is a canada-wide association of lawyers as well as other professionals which work in the field of media.
Mtre Nadon tought constitutional law at the University of Montréal as the primary lecturer/speaker for the course Libertés publiques (DRT 3503).
Me Nadon is also passionate about classical music and is a director of the Orchestre symphonique de Laval (OSL).
